Your project needs a camera, but a finished camera won't fit the space. This DIY camera module puts 1080p video on a 45 × 30 mm board, with the lens on a 10 cm flexible cable. Mount the parts in your own housing and record straight to a microSD card.

• 1080p at 30 fps: Records 1920 × 1080 video as AVI files at 30 frames per second.
• 3648 × 2048 photos: Takes still photos as JPG files when a single frame says enough.
• 10 cm flexible lens cable: The lens sits apart from the board, so you can aim it where your build needs it.
• 45 × 30 mm board: A compact footprint for your own enclosure or project box.
• 3,500 mAh battery pack: The battery plugs into the board, so each part can sit where it fits best.
• microSD up to 32 GB: Video and photos save to the card as AVI and JPG files.

Good to know: This is a bare module without a housing, so you supply the enclosure. It accepts microSD cards up to 32 GB.
